Who is the program aimed at?
The Network Meeting is open for all Alumni of the Metaplan Executive Leadership Program and interested participants for the upcoming 2025 program cycle.
Society is becoming increasingly polarized, everyday life is becoming politicized, debates are becoming sharper and contributions more populist. This creates real dilemmas for companies. For instance, when some employees have an increase in radicalized far right opinions but rely on a workforce with migrant backgrounds. How do organizations deal with this? What are the risks? What levers are available? At the Alumni Network Meeting, we will discuss these challenges and how to deal with them. We will incorporate the findings of our Metaplan study on polarization to get a solid empirical background.
What will you learn?
You will get to understand and discuss what can actually be changed about the polarization of organizations. Instead of shutting down the discourse or drowning it in endless debates, we can discuss of ways to make them productive again.
