Vita
Sarah Schmid studied political science and communications at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and international relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Before joining Metaplan as a consultant in 2021, she designed and implemented international dialogue formats for the Munich Security Conference and spent two years in Lebanon working for the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. She also worked as an external consultant for MunichRe in a digitalization project.
Personal interests
Sarah has been involved in cultural education work for children and young people for the “Kultur und Spielraum e.V.” association for several years. She also enjoys exploring other countries and cultures, preferably by road trip or by train. When Sarah is in her Munich home, she keeps her fingers crossed for the TSV 1860 Munich soccer club in the stadium.
