Vita
Mascha Nolte studied sociology at Eberhard Karls University Tübingen, University College Cork and Bielefeld University and joined Metaplan in 2021. Previously, she worked as a research assistant in research projects in Tübingen and Bielefeld and gained professional experience in various social research institutes as well as in organizational development in the context of IT projects. At Metaplan, she advises organizations in reorganization and strategy processes in the life science, energy and public sectors, among others.
Personal interests
Mascha grew up in Münster, Westphalia, to which she always likes to return to maintain family and friendship ties. During her time in the south of Germany, she developed a passion for hiking and mountain biking. In her current adopted home of Hamburg, she enjoys the rich cultural offerings just as much as the many green spaces and the proximity to the sea.
