Vita
Celine Geckil supports companies, public sector organizations, and executives in strategy development, transformation, and organizational development. She draws on an organizational theory perspective to shed light on complex organizational interrelationships and design sustainable change.
She studied sociology and philosophy at the University of Potsdam, where she worked for several years as a research assistant in the Department of Organizational and Administrative Sociology. She then conducted research at Metaplan Gesellschaft für Verwaltungsinnovation on public administrations—with a particular focus on post-bureaucratic work practices and digitalization at the federal and state levels. Today, she supports her clients in developing strategic directions as well as in innovation and restructuring projects.
