The disenchantment of the world means that the world no longer appears as a magical, mysterious world determined by supernatural forces, but that it becomes comprehensible as a rationally explainable, calculable system that can be shaped by people.
Vita
Alina studied sociology and philosophy in Trier and Potsdam. With a strong passion for research and academic collaboration, she has gained valuable experience at various institutions and departments. Most recently, she conducted research on the working conditions of employees in the German prison system. There, Alina developed her interest in organizations and their design.
Personal interests
Outside of work, Alina enjoys expressing her creativity and experimenting with digital photo collages, among other things. She finds balance by reading a good book or swimming.
