Dustin Brodda (born 1996) graduated(s) in Sociology and Economics at the Universities of Bologna and Bielefeld. During his studies he gained several years of experience in an IT consulting start-up. Afterwards, he worked in a global food company in the purchasing department. Dustin has been working at Metaplan since 2023 and deals with key issues of smart organizing. He is particularly interested in the different needs of different types of organizations, which he has studied, among other things, as part of a research project on holacratic organizations.
Personal Interests
In his free time, Dustin enjoys cooking Italian cuisine, playing music with friends, going running and has discovered his passion for bouldering. He finds the perfect balance to everyday life in the workshop, where he transforms his own creative ideas into woodwork.
