A structure remains a structure only if it is used again and again as such.

Judith Butler

Alexander Martin Heindl (born 1989) studied business administration and philosophy in Munich and Tel Aviv. He then researched and taught as a research assistant in an interdisciplinary research project at the Munich School of Philosophy. Based on his Design Thinking training at the Hasso Plattner Institute, he accompanied organizations in transformation and innovation processes. He completed his doctorate on the topic of “Solidarity” in 2024. As a consultant, he focuses on organizational analyses, reorganizations, cultural transformations and strategy processes in various industries – including media and financial service providers.

Personal Interests

Alexander prefers to spend his time shooting balls at baskets, gliding across water on skis, exploring (sub)cultural space, and engaging in democratic activism. He also enjoys writing philosophical texts and passionately immerses himself in literary worlds of fantasy and experience.
