Prof. Dr. Stefan Kühl (born 1966) is Professor of Organizational Sociology at the University of Bielefeld and has worked as an organizational consultant at Metaplan since 1992. He advises companies, administrations, ministries and universities, especially in questions related to strategy and organizational development. He has written several best-selling books on organizational issues and is the author of the textbook, “Organizations: A Very Brief Introduction.”
As part of his work at Bielefeld University, he is currently concerned with the question of what distinguishes teams, groups, and cliques.
