Dr. Andrea Lorenti (born 1970) is an expert in management and organizational consultancy. From 1996 to 2003 he worked industriously in favor of third sector organizations. In 2003 he co-founded Poliste srl, of which he is currently one of the managing directors. Since 2003 he has led several organizational change projects, both in public and private sectors, supporting management boards in defining strategy and operational guidelines.

Personal interests
Andrea is keen on music; he loves the mountains in summer and the sea in winter. He has two children, and lives in Cagliari.
