Vita
Simon Weber studied business administration and psychology with a focus on organizational psychology in Mannheim and Heidelberg. Before joining Metaplan, he worked as a change consultant for post-merger integration processes and transformations in international organizations. At Metaplan, he consults on strategy development, reorganizations and market exploration. He is fascinated by working out perspectives in discourse, discovering organizational phenomena together, and seeing the energy in discussions when working toward common or even conflicting goals.
Personal interests
In his free time you can find Simon on the outdoor court with a basketball in his hand or on his racing bike on the country roads around Berlin. In winter, he is drawn to museums and movie theaters.
