Lukas Fütterer (born 1985) advises on digitalisation, leadership and reorganisation, especially in the automotive, start-up and tech environment. After studying business administration in Mannheim and Buenos Aires, he held a variety of positions at Daimler in purchasing and corporate strategy, culminating in global responsibility for networked cooperation. He has a soft spot for the complexity of established large corporations as well as an understanding of the needs of very young companies through his own start-up experience. As a consultant at Metaplan, he brings light into the darkness of digital transformation with organisationally astute searchlights.
The field of tension between digitalisation and mindfulness also accompanies Lukas outside of organizations. When he’s not sitting behind a screen or standing in front of metaplan boards, he prefers to move through the Alps trail running, hiking or splitboarding – in places with and without a network.
