Luca Melis (born 1971), has been an organizational psychologist and a Metaplanner since 2009. He is a founding partner of Poliste, the official representative of Metaplan in Italy, presently in charge of the Lifescience and Agrifood business units. His consulting activities focus on strategy as well as organizational consulting. His workload is mostly split between advisory boards for international clients in the pharmaceutical sector and development projects for local SMEs and the public sector in the island of Sardinia, where he loves to live.
Personal interests
After a number of unfruitful years spent playing music badly on his guitars, Luca eventually accepted the fact that he’s better at listening. He also loves long walking tours and cooking, where he is particularly skilled at creating a decent dinner out of whatever leftovers are in the fridge.
