Thomas Schnelle (born 1954) is an organizational sociologist and epistemologist. In his dissertation he dealt with the work of the philosopher of science and cognition Ludwik Fleck. He has been a Metaplanner since 1983. Previously, he worked in the production management of a shipyard.
He consults on sales, strategy and organizational issues, as well as exploratory customer dialogue processes. He mainly works for the pharmaceutical industry, technology companies, and partnership-based firms.
In his spare time, Thomas is passionate about riding. His goal here: harmonious handling of the horse’s psyche, and dressage work that conforms to the horse’s musculature.
