PD Dr. Sven Kette (born in 1978) is a sociologist. Since 2021, he has been working as a consultant at Metaplan, advising on topics such as reorganization, organizational culture, and strategy development, as well as leadership issues. Sven has been a member of the Board of Directors of Metaplan AG since 2026.
In addition, he conducts research and teaches on topics related to organizational science as a lecturer at the Bern University of Applied Sciences and as a private lecturer at the University of Lucerne.
Personal interests
In his free time, Sven enjoys photography, plays chess with great passion and enjoys life on Lake Lucerne with his partner. Two or three times a year, you can also find Sven on the tennis court.
