Dustin Brodda (born 1996) studied sociology and economics at the universities of Bologna and Bielefeld. He has been with Metaplan since 2023. Previously, he worked for several years in an IT start-up and then in global purchasing at Dr. Oetker. He is particularly interested in family businesses and their specific organizational dynamics and challenges, which he pursues both in research and consulting.
Personal Interests
In his free time, Dustin enjoys cooking Italian cuisine, making music with friends and going running and bouldering. He finds the perfect balance to everyday life in his workshop, where he turns his creative ideas into woodwork.
