In various functions, he has been advising Metaplan on reorganizations, strategy development and cultural processes since 2018. His focus is on the public sector, the construction industry, and decentralized corporate structures and networks.
He researches and publishes on systems theory, organization, and post-bureaucracy at Bielefeld University.
