Yael Gounitski (born 1994) works at the interface between science and communication – with a special feel for how people think, decide and interact. After a career in neuroscientific research, she brought her experience from clinical studies, the pharmaceutical industry and science communication to Metaplan. Today, she advises companies in the life sciences sector and helps them to structure knowledge in a meaningful way, improve decision-making processes and make organizations fit for the future. She is particularly interested in how communication steers change, enables innovation – and sometimes makes the impossible possible.
Yael loves making complex topics tangible, questioning thought patterns and talking to people. She is convinced that the best ideas arise where knowledge, intuition and good communication come together.
Personal interests
Yael is always on the lookout for new perspectives – be it in conversations, while traveling or in books. She is interested in artificial intelligence, human interaction and the small absurdities of life. Her favorite places to be found are dancing, singing or having a good conversation.
