Kristina Willjes (born 1981) is an organizational sociologist. Since 2021 she has been advising at Metaplan on reorganization and strategy development. In her life before Metaplan, she supported organizations such as public administrations, regional churches and publishers on issues of market and environmental adaptation as well as organizational culture as a freelancer. She also researches, teaches and publishes on moral expectations in and on organizations, organizational technologies and public administrations.
Personal interests
In her free time, Kristina enjoys hanging out with friends. As a northerner, she also loves the water and takes every opportunity to go to the sea with her partner. In quiet hours she relaxes with a good read and deals with the structural relationships and their influence on behavior.
