Vita
Jan Heilmann (born 1995) studied sociology at Bielefeld University and joined Metaplan in 2021. Before that, his interest in organizations led him to a position as a research assistant in a research project on digitalization and organization as well as professional experience in the organizational department of a large corporation. At Metaplan, he advises organizations in reorganization and strategy processes – including ministries as well as other public administration organizations.
Personal Interests
Jan grew up in Paderborn in eastern Westphalia, where he always visits his family and friends. In his free time, he likes to go swimming or try out other sports from time to time. In general, he enjoys the proximity to the water in his current adopted home of Hamburg, as well as being able to travel to the sea from there.
