Vita
Alina-Sophie (born in 1998) studied sociology and political science at the universities of Bielefeld and Ghent. In 2024, she completed an internship at Metaplan; she now works as a consultant in the life sciences sector. Prior to that, Alina worked for several years as a student assistant at the Chair of Political Sociology in Bielefeld. Her general interest lies in facilitating understanding between actors who do not speak the same “language”—specifically, the tension between legal, political, and economic (ir)rationalities.
Personal interests
In her free time, Alina enjoys taking her camera out and exploring her adopted home of Berlin through the lens. She is also passionate about English and German classic literature. When she isn’t taking photos, reading, or working, she can be found playing sports.
