Vita

Moritz Ranft studied medicine at the University of Hamburg and subsequently worked in the clinical and public sectors. His interest in social interactions, collective decision-making, and the structures that shape them led him to study cognitive science at University College London (UCL), where he graduated with a focus on social psychology and strategic interaction.

Since then, he has been advising medium-sized companies and international corporations on strategy and change initiatives, as well as on conflict and negotiation situations. His work focuses on the interplay between organizational structures, individual interests, and different role perspectives—and how this interplay shapes patterns of behavior and decision-making within organizations.

Personal interests

On sunny days, Moritz seeks out both the vastness of nature and his opponent on the tennis court. When things quiet down, he surrounds himself with music or immerses himself in literature.
