Vita
Thomas Schnelle (born 1954) is an organizational sociologist and epistemologist. In his dissertation he dealt with the work of the philosopher of science and cognition Ludwik Fleck. He has been a Metaplaner since 1983. Previously, he worked in the production management of a shipyard.
He consults on sales, strategy and organizational issues, as well as exploratory customer dialog processes. He mainly works for the pharmaceutical industry, technology companies as well as for partnership-based firms.
Personal interests
In his spare time, Thomas is passionate about riding. His goal here: harmonious handling of the horses’ psyche, and musculature adequate dressage work.
