Ralf studied business administration in Hamburg and Liverpool. His professional career has taken him through international digital agencies, technology companies and corporations, where he gained over 20 years of experience in strategy, digitalization and organizational transformation. At Metaplan, he works in business development and combines his experience in business, technology and organizational practice to create dialogue spaces for effective change.
Personal interests
In his free time, Ralf is interested in cultural and social developments – and enjoys exchanging ideas with others. Two years ago, he founded the “Book Club of the Future”, where novels in particular are read and discussed from different perspectives. He has also been involved in the organization of Hamburg’s Mojo Club for many years – only rarely as a DJ, but still with a great passion for music, culture and the collective.
