“Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.”
Nele Pröpper (born 1993) studied economics at Zeppelin University (ZU) Friedrichshafen and EM Strasbourg Business School. She then completed her Master of Science in Organisational Behaviour at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE). Prior to joining Metaplan, she worked on change management and transformation processes in international industrial companies, accompanied succession processes in family businesses, and advised (start-up) founders and managing directors on the strategic realignment of their company profile. Her consulting focus is on strategy and (re-)organization work, with a focus on the life sciences, health care, family business and the FMCG/consumer and luxury goods sectors.
In her free time, Nele enjoys getting outdoors, discovering contemporary young artists, attending jazz concerts, exploring cities and their weekly markets, and cooking with friends. She is fascinated by people who do something with enthusiasm. That’s why, among other things, she spent more than a year researching the perception of handmade and manufactured products.
