Alissa Schneidmesser is a consultant at Metaplan where she focuses on strategy alignment and change management within the life sciences industry.  Her background includes change management, product development, production, and learning and development within the retail and life sciences space.

Alissa has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Business Administration from Boston University, and an Associate in Applied Science in Design from Parsons School of Design.

Personal interests

Alissa enjoys exploring foreign cities, art and design, and running outside.
