Programs
Who should attend?
Managers and others who want to
ensure results by creating shared understanding and
buy-in for planning, decisionmaking and launching
initiatives, facilitating teamwork, leading across the
organization, and managing effective meetings.
Each seminar will have a minimum
of six, and a maximum of twelve participants.
Prerequisites
We recommend that participants start off by acquiring
the basic skills, tools and concepts offered in 'TP-1 Prepare and Lead Meetings
Successfully'. Training
