Goals and Objectives
A thorough
and structured preparation is essential to achieve
result-orientated outcomes of any kind of meeting, e.g.
workshops, group activities or even conferences. This is

This
seminar provides in-depth learning about structuring and
creating processes that build shared understanding and
commitment. Participants will learn the skills, tools
and techniques to utilize:
- Metaplan’s five-step planning procedure
- The
methods to extract and define the goals and
objectives of a project and to structure its content
- The
creation of a “dramaturgy”, the flow for a workshop
that unfolds the complexity of issues and channels
the discussions
- A
plan for various stages of a workshop that ensures
the integration of all attendees in a participative
way
- The principles used in change processes through
a series of workshops

PrerequisitesIn order to get the most
out of the program, we recommend that trainees begin
with the base training ‘Prepare and Lead Meetings
Successfully’ before enrolling in other seminars.
