Goals and Objectives
A moderator’s role is to capture, clarify and convey participants’
ideas. Using visual tools and didactical techniques can
enhance a discussion not only by showing the issue but
also by leading the debate. Participants of this
training program strengthen their presentation and
argumentation skills to reach shared understanding and
shared commitment among their audiences by:
- Defining the preliminary steps to “make your case”
- Preparing arguments didactically to “open the mind”
of the participants
- Designing arguments in an “imperfect” way to
generate additional input from participants
- Triggering doubts to offer the opportunity for a
higher degree of “buy-in”
- Creating options to overcome narrow minded solutions
- Using
advanced tools and interactive techniques

Prerequisites
In order to get the most
