We moderate processes when new working concepts, forms of cooperation and approaches are needed, for which there are different interpretations and interests.

Existential goals are always an underlying factor. The management’s purpose is to ensure and shape the economic future of a company or organization. Others want conditions either to remain the way they are or be led in other directions.

It is in this area of tension that we remove conflicts which stand in the way of shared understanding. Together with the parties concerned, we develop room to act and encourage venturing into new territory.

The processes we moderate include such duties as:

• The integration of functions, units or firms: a new organization and common culture must arise.
• The acceleration of business processes: modes of work must be changed, new forms of cooperation must come into being.
• A new approach to the market: this makes a rethinking of marketing and development functions necessary.
• New forms of cooperation with customers, suppliers or competitors: this necessitates a rethinking and bringing together of interpretations and intentions.
