Our three-step approach gives the processes leading to shared understanding support

We divide the process leading
to shared under-standing into three steps:

1. The contract elaboration
   Together with the client, we clarify what the management’s concern is. The direction of the process is discussed, and it is determined who should be involved. Time and budgetary concerns are addressed.
2. The exploratory discussion
   We moderate small group discussions in order to identify perspectives and areas of interest. At the same time, we encourage reflection about how these can be integrated with other perspectives and areas of interest.
3. The workshop or the conference
   In a workshop or conference, we bring individuals and units of concern together in order to develop possibilities for action and encourage venturing into new territory.
