Successful KOL
meetings deliver unbiased feedback and buy-in while
developing relationships with important advocates.
However, these sessions face multiple challenges: a
roomful of the top representatives in their field vying
for airtime, participants lack a strong tie to the
company, and lengthy presentations do not help trigger
fruitful discussions. The Metaplan approach balances
keynote speakers with broad participation to move from a
didactic approach to a learning environment. Our
methodology generates actionable feedback and insights
by engaging and driving peer-to-peer discussions.
Although our integrative process ensures a continuous
learning experience, we also conduct separate “Shared
Learning Sessions” to translate the findings of each
meeting into specific action steps. |
