Investigator
meetings are the nucleus of clinical trials – the
success of the development of new compounds depends on
them. During these meetings all participants involved in
research are able to review findings and solve problems.
Investigator input regarding methods or data analysis
requires an open forum. The Metaplan methodology ensures
an open and engaging, yet guided environment that
ensures an exchange of differences in thinking. More
importantly, in understanding the underlying thinking
that drives the differences, participants leave the
meeting with alignment on agreed-upon outcomes. Although
our integrative process ensures a continuous learning
experience, we also conduct separate “Shared Learning
Sessions” to translate the findings of each meeting into
specific action steps. |
